Spending his youth and teen years in Chicago, Sao Paulo Brazil, and Detroit, Blake Owen is a graduate of Bowling Green State University (Hospitality Management) in Bowling Green, Ohio. Becoming a Naples resident in 1992, he absolutely loves where he lives and can't help but be excited about helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals in such a beautiful part of the world. He is a former PGA golf professional who worked at private country clubs in Naples, Cleveland and Detroit. His love for the game started early in life; this passion informs both his professional and personal livelihoods.
Much like his parents (Cathy and Ed) did 15 years earlier, he switched careers in late 2002 to focus on residential real estate. With his parents already seasoned professionals in the Naples market, it was an easy decision to join their team and learn the business from two of the area's top producers. Today, he is widely considered the quintessential expert not only on Southwest Florida's golfing communities, but in areas WEST of US41 such as Vanderbilt Beach, Pelican Bay, Park Shore, The Moorings, Coquina Sands, Old Naples, Port Royal, Bonita Beach, Fort Myers Beach, and Marco Island.
He and Cathy still work as a team today. Blake loves the mom and son team dynamic, working together with buyers and sellers. Cathy's and Blake's service is so special because of their unique backgrounds and perspectives and more more than 50 years of combined experience.

Their professionalism, dedication to their customers, local market expertise are just a few reasons they have been recipients of nearly 17 Gulfshore Life Magazine's Five Star Awards for customer service and satisfaction. They strive to never lose sight that their integrity, reputation, accountability, experience and knowledge are what make them stand out from the real estate masses. Their success has been achieved through hard work, market expertise, and the continued referrals from satisfied customers.
FAMILY LIFE: Blake has been married to wife Amy since 2007. They currently have two dogs, Roxie (English Bulldog) and Bobo (Polish Lowland Sheepdog). Amy is a Principal at Homrich Berg Wealth Management in the HB Family Office division. She is an advisor to ultra-high net worth families and family offices and is responsible for a wide variety of their wealth management needs. Amy customizes her advice based on lifestyle needs and legacy objectives, focusing on both the family as a whole and its individual members. She focuses on estate and gift planning, tax planning, financial planning, philanthropy, risk management and family governance.
SPARE TIME: If he is not working or spending time with Amy, you can find him on the golf course or living out his rock star fantasies playing drums and percussion in a local classic rock band, Good Intentions. In December 2022, Blake was spotted on the Live Fest stage playing in a Tom Petty tribute right before the evening's headliners, Jake Owen and Brad Paisley, took the stage to entertain the crowd of more than 10,000 people. In 2024, he played the same stage to an even larger crowd before the Goo Goo Dolls and Old Dominion rocked the house. It was maybe the coolest, most surreal experience of his life. Other interests include his dogs, skiing, going to concerts, world travel, and being the best uncle and husband he can.
NAPLES INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL (NIFF): Blake is very proud of his contributions to the birth and growth of the Naples International Film Festival. He helped produce the four-day festival from its inception in 2009, sitting on its Board of Directors concurrently serving as Hospitality Director until 2017. Today, NIFF is widely considered one of the best late-year festivals in the United States.
