When you purchase property within the gates of Bonita Bay, all homeowners automatically become members of the Community Association, the entity responsible for maintaining the community’s common areas—including grounds, roads, streetlights, lakes, stormwater management, and recreational parks such as the Beach Park.

 

Just a 10-minute drive from the front gates, the Beach Park is open to all Bonita Bay residents year-round. Staffed for convenience, the park features picnic pavilions, grills, beach chairs and lounges, umbrellas, showers, restrooms, and private parking. During peak season, a daily shuttle service is available, allowing residents to enjoy the beach without the hassle of driving.

• 326 dry slips (for boats up to 36')

• Month-to-month rentals (fees vary by boat size and slip location)

This waterfront dining and bar overlooks the marina basin and is accessible to all Bonita Bay residents, as well as guests with reservations. Arrive by land or boat to enjoy casual dining or carryout for days on the go. The Marina and Backwater Jacks are resident-owned, ensuring exclusivity and quality.

 

• Estero Bay Park – Features a private pier with views of Estero Bay, the Monarch Way-Station Butterfly Garden, nature trails, a screened pavilion, playground, picnic areas with gas grills, pet water station, and 5,000-year-old Native American shell mounds.
• Spring Creek Park – Offers kayak/canoe storage and launch, bocce court, basketball hoop, playground, picnic area, pet water station, nature trails, gazebo, and observation deck.
• Riverwalk Park – Includes a bocce court with outdoor pavilion, pickleball and tennis courts, basketball court, boat ramp, 5-station Parcourse fitness trail, kayak storage and launch, pet water stations, playground, and picnic areas.

 

Bonita Bay Club is a private, member-owned entity within the community. Founded in the mid-1980s with a commitment to environmental stewardship, the Club continues to lead with ambitious yet fiscally responsible development.

 

Golf is at the heart of Bonita Bay Club, with five (5) world-class courses:
